Our Wedding Floral + Styling Packages

Floral design is our core service offering for weddings and events, but we also offer different levels of styling assistance for your day, varying from less to more comprehensive. This allows each couple to cherry pick the exact level of assistance they need with styling, based on their styling vision, preferences and overall budget for florals + styling.

Our aim is to create a design concept for your day where budget + visual desires meet.

  • This service is perfect for those who want to focus primarily on creating a beautiful aesthetic vibe for their event through the magic of floral design only.

  • Elevated tablescapes that go beyond just flowers and candles, featuring thoughtfully curated style moments are the perfect way to convey your unique wedding style and create a memorable experience and atmosphere for all your guests.

    We offer 3 x different table styling packages that are quoted per guest (or table metres) based on your final guest count + our styling fee: 'Chique', 'Abundant', and 'Bridal'.

  • This package includes full venue design & styling to create an impressive consistent aesthetic providing a fully immersive experience for your guests.

    Venue design & styling aspects include anything from; signage + stationary, furniture and prop hire, focal area design & styling e.g. venue entrances, bar, champagne tower and cake moments, lighting, flooring, bespoke floor plan curation, draping and other ceiling installations, coloured smoke bombs - the list goes on!

Our Booking process:

If you’ve booked your venue, had a thought about the visuals and collected some wedding inspo imagery that tickles your fancy, then you’re ready to find and book in your dream wedding florist and stylist.

We are currently taking bookings for 2024 (limited dates remain) and 2025.

Please note: if you are enquiring about an elopement, please use our events enquiry form HERE

  • Once the above form is submitted we will be in touch within 48 hours to confirm our availability for your event date.

    We will send you some helpful resources: our wedding floral & styling packages guide, basic flower price guide a styling FAQs document. We will also send you a questionnaire to complete which captures all the essential details we need from you.

  • We will organise a zoom chat with you to discuss where you’re at in the planning process, what kind of general look and feel you want for your special day, have an honest discussion about budget and how to best utilise this to match your aesthetic expectations and goals for the day, and what styling package may be most suitable for you if you’re interested in styling services too.

  • We will provide you with an initial quote which includes itemised pricing for the floral elements, (boujee table styling services if opting with this), labour, travel and pack down.

    If you are opting with our 'Boujee AF Styling' package, your initial quote will include this service package cost + travel + pack down (as we begin the floral design + styling work after our services have been booked).

    You will also be sent a moodboard proposal which captures the vibe for your day.

    Keep in mind that we can keep modifying this initial quote as need be until you are happy with it :-)

  • Once happy, a 30% deposit is payable for this quote within 10 days to confirm and lock in our services for your wedding date. We will send you our services contract also to sign.

  • We begin to create a comprehensive florals & styling proposal based on your unique design concept, featuring all elements that we'll source to bring your concept to life, including visual sketching of all custom floral and styling ideas as needed.

    This process will also involve a site visit, and generally starts 6-8 months out from your wedding. We and any other third party vendors will generally issue an initial 30-50% payment for the floral and styling elements once we decide on these specifics throughout this planning process.

  • We organise a final catch up with you approx. 8 weeks out from your event, to confirm the florals and all the finer styling details we have curated for your event and issue final payments.

    The final payment for your primary/initial quote will be due 6 weeks before your wedding date.

    If you have opted with our 'Boujee AF Styling' service the remaining balance of your florals + styling budget will also be due 6 weeks from your wedding day.

  • After the months of planning and waiting, the day is FINALLY here! Pop that champagne and bask in the glory of one of the most special days of your life, relaxed, knowing that we have taken care of all the aesthetic details needed and everything will look amazing beyond what you could initially imagine!

FAQ’s

  • We open our books 15 months ahead, but we recommend reaching out 9-12 months ahead to ensure that you can secure your date.

    But if your wedding is coming up quicker than this it’s still worth reaching out as we may have some scattered availability.

  • In short - nope! Not everyone wants to or has the extra budget to invest in additional styling services. This is why our base service offering is florals only, so that we can cater to all couples that want to flower their day, and for those that would like extra assistance with styling we have our different options as above.

  • Not to fret! The first step is to enquire using the short form above so that we can connect with you. We will send you more information on our style packages, flower pricing, and an extensive list of common FAQs answered.

    We will then arrange an initial consultation which is the perfect time to discuss where you’re at with your ideas, planning and budget and talk through the best options for you openly and in a low pressure environment. Most couples get a bit anxious about this catch up, but then feel so relieved afterwards and a lot clearer on everything florals and styling related.

  • This is exactly why we have created a “Wedding Flowers Price Guide”, which is a super informative and helpful document that not only gives basic pricing for all typical floral designs and more, it also explains how and why we quote florals in a certain way, it has descriptions and image examples for all designs with sizing/mass options also demonstrated.

    We know how tricky it can be for couples trying to ascertain how much budget to spend on what for their wedding, and that getting a guide on pricing from vendors can sometimes feel like you’re drawing blood from a stone! So we wanted to alleviate this frustration as best we can.

    We will send you this, as well as additional information about our styling package add ons, and our flower price guide once you send through an enquiry above.
